Copperfall — Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 29, 2026

Copperfall ("the app", "we", "our") is a single-player mobile puzzle game developed by Raphael Daka. This page explains what data the app collects, why, and who it's shared with. Copperfall has no user accounts and no login — everything about your game progress is either stored only on your device, or handled by the third-party services described below.

Data stored only on your device

The app keeps your game progress locally on your device (using the Hive local-storage library) and never transmits it to us:

This data is deleted automatically if you uninstall the app, or if you clear the app's storage from your device settings. We have no way to access, back up, or recover it.

Advertising

Copperfall shows ads (banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded video) using Google AdMob. To do this, Google's Mobile Ads SDK collects device and advertising identifiers (such as your Android Advertising ID), approximate location (derived from IP address), and ad interaction data, and may use them to personalize ads, subject to your consent choices.

Where required by law (e.g. in the EEA, UK, and similar regions), the app shows Google's consent form (via the User Messaging Platform) before loading any ads, so you can choose whether ads are personalized.

See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from AdMob.

Purchases

Copperfall offers optional in-app purchases (a Remove Ads unlock and coin bundles), processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details — Google handles all payment information directly.

Purchase and entitlement status is synced through RevenueCat, which assigns your device an anonymous identifier (not linked to your name, email, or Google account) to remember what you've purchased across reinstalls. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

What we don't collect

Children's privacy

Copperfall is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us using the details below and we will address it.

Data retention & deletion

Locally-stored game data is removed when you uninstall the app. Advertising and purchase data are retained and deleted according to Google AdMob's and RevenueCat's own policies (linked above) — we don't hold a separate copy of that data ourselves.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
